Important for ATD Members


ATD Members: Please note you will need your ATD Company Member ID located on your dues invoice to register and secure housing.  If you do not know your ATD Company Member ID, please contact ATD Customer Service at 1-800-557-6232.


Registration Policies


Dealership Group Housing Block - For groups with 10 or more 

Requests for dealer group housing blocks is now closed. Hotel reservations can be made on an individual basis through the attendee registration site.



Important Registration Policies
  • Spouses/relatives who would like to attend the Workshops must register as a dealership manager. Only (1) one spouse/relative badge per registered dealer or manager. A guest of an Allied Industry must register in one of the Allied Industry Categories.
  • Allied Industry personnel may NOT register as a dealer or manager.
  •  Note that Workshop content is designed for dealers and managers.
  • Children over 18 must register for the Convention. If they would like to attend workshops, they will need to register as dealership manager.
  • Children 18 and under can obtain a free badge to go into the Exhibit Hall during expo hours. Children under 18 CANNOT attend workshops. Children must be accompanied by an adult and under strict supervision of a registered adult. On the Expo floor, infants and toddlers must be secured in a stroller at all times. 
  • After Jan. 16 at 5PM ET, you may no longer mail in or fax your registration. You must register online or register on-site at the convention. You may still register online or onsite.



Registration Fees Include the Following Items:
  • Dealers and Dealership Managers receive a convention bag, workshop materials, and a program/exposition directory. 
  • Spouses/Relatives receive a tote bag, and a program/exposition directory. 
  • Allied Industry with Workshop receive a convention bag, workshop materials, and a program/exposition directory. 
  • Allied Industry Exhibit Only receive a program/exposition directory ONLY.


 Scan & Go Badge Retrieval

In an effort to go green and save on paper and shipping costs, we are no longer mailing badges in advance. You can now take advantage of bringing your registration confirmation to one of the Scan & Go pods on-site at registration to easily and quickly retrieve your badge. Save time, don't stand in lines.



Ways to Register
1. Online. The quickest way to register and secure housing. You'll be able to access immediate hotel availability and receive confirmation of your transaction in minutes. Start here.

2. Fax: Complete the combined Registration & Housing form with your credit card information and fax it to 301-694-5124. The fax line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3. Mail: Complete the Registration and Housing form with either a check (made payable to ATD/Experient) or credit card information and mail it to:

Note: If paying by check, be sure to mail the check and form in together. Make checks payable to ATD/Experient. Please note: you may pay for your registration fees by check. However, a credit card is required to guarantee your hotel reservation.

Once you have submitted your forms via fax or mail you will receive a confirmation acknowledgement from ATD Registration and Housing via email, fax or mail within three (3-5) business days. The confirmation will include both your registration and housing information and will automatically be emailed whenever an email address is provided. This confirmation is also your receipt.

A separate email address is required for each registrant. ATD will not give out your email address. This email is used to provide you with confirmation, as well as send you show-related information from ATD only. A CC email is provided if an additional copy of your confirmation should be sent to someone else.

Forms received without payment will not be processed.

Registration Changes and Cancellation Policies

Registration Cancellations:

No cancellations will be accepted by phone. 

All cancellations must be received in writing by January 3, 2014, in order to receive a refund. A $35 processing fee applies to each individual cancellation.  Cancellations after January 3 will not receive a refund, no exceptions.

Please note: Optional ticket events are non-refundable. Refunds will only be given in the event that the attendee cancels his/her main registration for the 2014 ATD Convention and Expo.


Name/Badge Changes:
If you have a name change for a badge or need to make a correction, please fax or email your written request for name changes to ATD Registration and Housing at 301-694-5124 or
by January 3, 2014. Any changes after this date will have to be made on-site. 

 Housing Policies

Book Your Hotel Through NADA and Save
  • NADA offers over 33 hotels through the ATD hotel block with a style to suit everyone's needs.  Hotel availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must be registered for the Convention in order to reserve a hotel room. There is a limit of 1 room per registered attendee. 
  • Hilton Riverside will serve as the headquarter hotels for the 2014 ATD Convention & Expo.
  • ATD offers complimentary shuttle service to and from hotels in the ATD block and the convention center unless the hotel is located next to the Convention Center.

Deadline for Hotel Reservations

January 16, 2014 at 5PM ET.

A valid credit card is required at the time you submit your housing form to guarantee your reservation.  When ATD Registration and Housing sends the rooming list to the hotels, the hotel will charge the first night’s room and tax to the credit card provided in January 2014.

For those submitting by fax or mail, requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis until the hotel is sold out, at which time an alternate hotel will be assigned.  For this reason, please make sure you provide a minimum of three different hotel choices if registering by fax or email.


Declined Credit Card or Missing Credit Card Guarantee

To ensure we give everyone maximum access to preferred hotels, we have instituted a policy for declined or missing credit card information.  Any bookings with a declined credit card or missing credit card guarantee on the housing form will be sent a message giving them a week to provide a valid card.  If a valid credit card is not provided by the date indicated, the hotel reservation will be canceled.

Hotel Scams

Unauthorized housing providers claiming to be associated with ATD may contact you to solicit "special offer" hotel reservations and/or request non-refundable deposits via email, phone, or fax. Please note that ATD Registration & Housing/Experient is the only authorized housing provider for ATD and has partnered with New Orleans hotels to provide exclusive discounted rates for attendees. Reservations for the NADA Convention & Expo are only arranged through the ATD/Experient website or by calling 1-800-974-3084.  If you have received unauthorized solicitations or have any concerns, contact us at










Housing Changes and Cancellation Policies

 Housing Cancellations/Changes: 
Fax or email your written request to ATD Registration and Housing at 301-694-5124 or
by 5 p.m. ET, January 16, 2014. Between January 17 and January 20, changes cannot be made to your reservation(s) with ATD Registration and Housing or the hotel while reservations are being processed.

Beginning January 21, 2014, you will need to contact the hotel directly to cancel or make changes to your reservation.  Please check with your designated hotel regarding their cancellation policy.  Most hotels require cancelation to be made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date.  As long as you meet the hotel’s cancellation deadline, you will receive a refund of your deposit.  The hotel will refund your deposit within 7-10 business days.
